day 4 (6/17/24): did this twice today. didnt drop my arms at all, and my recuperation time was was quicker. i can type this without shaking! the improvement is scarily fast.

Thank you so much for this. As someone who's trying to start in pilates and this really help. I didn't experience chest and neck pain unlik3e a video I tried from other ytber, the first part was really vital, if without it, I wouldn't even know how to engage my core.

Thank you for sharing this, I absolutely love this. I been looking for an ab workout that won’t hurt my lower back since I had a back surgery 4 years ago. I want to be careful I don’t trigger the disk.
I’ve been exercising for over a year now and I don’t think I could’ve begun with a workout like this at zero fitness but this is wonderful for intermediate level. Thank you for this! Your strength is goals.
The ads have killed this workout for me. Especially with a 45 second rest, it’s actually like 1.5mins because of the ads. It’s really unfortunate
